Overview

You’ll have five private acres to yourselves in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, west of I-75. Spend the day by the pool and pull up a chair around the fire pit in the evening. Beaches, restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions are close enough for a day out. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A flex room at the back has a trundle bed, bean bags, and seating overlooking the yard.

Yes. We arrange golf carts separately from the online booking. Let us know your dates and we’ll help you sort it out.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

What’s included in the nightly rate?

The nightly rate covers the home. Your quote also shows the $150 cleaning fee, the booking fee, and taxes (about 13%). You’ll see each charge and the total before you pay.
